Dosage

Dosage must be prescribed by a doctor. General supportive ranges:

• Adults: 4mg every 4–6 hours, maximum 24mg/day.
• Children (6–12 years): 2mg every 4–6 hours, maximum 12mg/day.
• Children (under 6 years): Only under doctor’s supervision.

In case of Overdose

Overdose may cause extreme drowsiness, confusion, dry mouth, blurred vision, or seizures. Immediate medical care is required.

Missed Dose

If a dose is missed, take it when remembered. Skip if it is close to the next dose. Do not double dose.

How To Use

Swallow the tablet with water. Take with or without food, as advised by your doctor.

When Not to Use

• Do not use if allergic to chlorpheniramine or similar antihistamines.
• Avoid in newborns and children under 2 years without medical advice.
• Not suitable for patients with severe asthma or narrow-angle glaucoma.
