Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns if:

• The seal or packaging has been opened or tampered with.
• The product was ordered by mistake or change of mind.
• The complaint is made after 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via phone or email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds are made through the original payment method or via bank transfer if paid by cash on delivery.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Share a clear photo or video of the product and packaging if damaged.
• Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team.
